If you haven't signed up and created an evee account please read "Creating an evee Account".

There are two steps to set up your account: 1) updating your details and 2) editing your profile.

Step 1 - Update Your Details

Before you can make any booking requests, you will need to complete setting up your evee account. Head over to your ‘Account’ as shown below to fill in the important details.

Your Personal Details

You will be able to add you details such address, phone number, and verify your ID in the "Personal Info" section.

Important!

Your first name, last name, date of birth, and driver’s licence are compulsory information that is required as part of the ID verification process. We use Stripe ID Verification and will require you to upload a the front and back photo of a valid driver’s licence. You will also be required to take a selfie as part of process so we can verify that it is you who is making the booking.

Please note that the evee account details must match details of the licence uploaded for verification purposes. For example, your first name and last name on evee must match your first name and last name on your licence. It is in our Terms and Conditions that the information provided is accurate as the person who booked the car is the one picking up and dropping off the rental. Impersonating another person is a breach of our T&Cs which may result in the termination of your account.

Update Your Login Info

You can update your password in "Login & Security" if you wish to change your password.

Add Payment Details

If you are ready to book a car, add your payment method in "Payments & Payouts". In this section you will also be able to view how much credit have you have earned for referring your friends and family to evee.

Update Your Notification Settings

When you sign up, you will be automatically signed up to our newsletter list to receive evee news, promotions, and most importantly exclusive offers.

Step 2 - Personalise Your Profile

One you have updated your account details, the last thing to do is update your public profile. Head over to "Profile" or when you are in Account View click on "View profile".

You will need to upload a photo of yourself under "Upload photo".

Under the "Edit Profile", write about a bio about yourself and show hosts why you are on evee and how excited you are about the future of electric transportation!
