We designed the Evee booking platform for security, to make the process effortless and paper free for our hosts and renters.
Step 1 - Searching for a EV
You can search for our cars by using the search function found at our homepage or at the top of the website. Please select your desired location and dates and times you wish to rent. If you are not sure you can click ‘Flexible Dates’ to expand your selection of available cars.
Alternatively, browse all cars regardless of availability here.
Step 2 - Register on evee
In order to book a car you must have an account on evee. You will need to fill in and upload some important information so that we can verify you. For information please have a look here. You can sign up to evee by clicking on ‘Sign Up’ at the top right hand corner of the website.
Step 3 - Make a booking request
To book a vehicle you will need to be signed in first and have your credit card and driver’s licence ready. evee will also verify your mobile phone via SMS.
When you put in your booking request, evee authorises the full rental fee on your credit card when you request a booking. It is charged once the booking has been confirmed. The security deposit is authorised 24 hours before the start of the rental period and returned to you when you return the vehicle undamaged.
During the booking request phase, you will have the opportunity to message your host as well if you have any questions.
Step 4 - Organise pick up
Once your booking is confirmed by your host, we process the payment and share your contact details with the car owner and the owner’s details with you. If you have not already, arrange a time and exact location to pick up the car with your host.
On the day of your pick up, take photos of the inside and outside of the car for your records. Make sure to note any existing damage.
Step 5 - Return the car.
Please arrange an exact location and time with your host to return the car.
Again, take photos of the inside and outside of the car for your records.
Make sure you leave a review to let other renters know about your experience with the owner and the vehicle.
