If you have opted to reduce your damage liability through RentalCover and wish to make a claim you will need:
- the rental agreement,
- written correspondence between your host and evee, and
- final invoice/receipt of the repair cost.
You can request a copy of your rental agreement from us when you need to make a claim. Please provide the details of all the additional drivers when emailing us.
As for the final invoice, during our correspondence with you, we can provide this to you. We will also provide you a copy of the email correspondence between you and evee as part of your claim.

Please note, as Rentalcover is a third party, they require us (evee, the host and the renter) to resolve the damage incident first, by having all repairs and invoices finalised before submitting a claim. So, if you are found liable, you will need to first pay for the repairs, and then supply RentalCover with the necessary invoices and details (provided by evee to you) to process the claim.
