To cancel your booking, please go into 'My Trips' after logging into your evee account. Make sure 'Upcoming' Bookings is selected. There should be tile(s) representing your booking like the one below. Within the tile, underneath the booking dates and times, there will be a button to cancel the booking.
Please note, if you cancel your booking without good reason, evee's Cancellation Policy will apply.
