In the event that you no longer wish to list your car on the platform, for voluntary reasons such as selling your car or for personal use, we do ask that you please let our team know as soon as possible. This is so we can seek to find alternative solutions for any rentals you may have booked.
If you are considering selling your vehicle, but want to keep the listing active until you do so, please communicate this with your renters so that they are aware that there may be a possibility that their rental may need to be migrated to another host and this may result in pricing changes.
We do understand that circumstances can change rapidly, so we appreciate that communication is open during this time to ensure yourself, your renters and evee are aware of any potential changes.
Please advise our team at support@evee.com.au if you are unlist your car with at least one months notice so that we can assist in migrating bookings.
NOTE: A financial penalty applies to late notices. The penalty is equivalent to the payout for each affected booking if it falls within the one month. This will cover the cost for the time taken for evee to find alternatives.
