As of 1st of Jan 2022, our COVID-19 Policy has been updated to reflect the ongoing state of the pandemic. If your rental is affected by COVID-19, our usual cancellation policy will now apply.
You can receive a refund if you cancel your existing booking:
- more than 72 hours before the start of the Rental Period, where you will be entitled to a full refund; and
- between 72 hours and 48 hours before the start of the Rental Period, where you will be charged 50% of the total Fees plus any merchant banking/transaction fees and the remaining balance will be refunded to you;
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the Rental Period, you will not be entitled to any refund.
Rescheduling a booking is subject to Vehicle and Owner availability. Cancellation fees will also apply for rescheduled bookings. If you have agreed on a new date and time please contact our support team via support@evee.com.au.
